Rentals are paid in full at the time of booking, and considered a final sale.

To avoid any hiccups, we kindly ask that you double-check your date, time, and selected rental option to ensure everything is correct before submitting your reservation. Keep in mind that your rental time includes not only set up and shoot time, but also clean-up at the end. It's important to note that entering the suite before your designated start time is not allowed, and you must make sure to clean up the space and exit by your scheduled end time.
